![]() ![]() SYNAGO Synago is the greek word for "come together". It also means to 'take in". It is teens (senior highs) coming together to talk about their lives in light of God's good news. Amazing things happen. Teens come to Christ through other teens who have a gift to 'minister' to their peers. Synago, more specifically is 'youth lead devotions'. The core group consists of those who love church, love Christ, and want to spread the word...and they bring their friends! Every week, at 5:45pm to 6:00pm an adult moderator's home is open; there is soup on the stove and synago begins. At 6:00pm, the leader of the week, who prepared the lesson, leads the bible study. topics include: Who are we, Getting Real (confidence to be Christian), Violence, Honor Your Mother and Father...etc...etc. It is meant to be a SHORT, easy way for youth to do bible study mid week. It is for those who want to deepen their relationship with Jesus Christ by getting to know him.
